When can I move in?
Your personalized secure access code, which you will choose when you sign your lease, will give you access to your storage space 7 days a week from 5am to 11pm. For 24-hour access, a $5 fee would be applied to your monthly rent.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require a 10 day written notice of termination.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
You will need to present a government-issued photo ID (example: a current driver’s license, state identification, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, your lease will be month-to-month; no long term commitment is required.

Does someone need to be in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit anytime, day or night. However, during office hours a manager is on site and happy to assist you in any way.

How do I pay my bill?
Sophisticated online billing and account management enable you to pay your bill anytime, anywhere, from the convenience of your computer or mobile device. You can also bring your payment to the office or mail a check or money order.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money order, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Our easy-to-use Space Estimator helps you calculate exactly how much space you need or you can visit our What Fits page to determine your storage requirements. Call or stop by the store for manager assistance and we will be happy to help you find just the space you need.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
If you have any standard padlock, whether combination or with a key, you may go ahead and use it. If you are in need of a lock you could purchase one from our main office.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

We want all of our customers to have safe and secure storage. For that reason, any type of liquid, explosive, toxic material, or perishable (such as food) may NOT be stored in your unit. Please talk with your store manager if you have a question regarding a specific item you want to store.

How should I pack my things for storage?
We recommend wrapping large items such as furniture to keep them dust-free. Box and clearly label smaller items, and be sure that they are not too heavy for you to lift. For detailed tips and expert advice, see our Storage & Moving Tips page.

What if I forget my gate access code?
For your protection and security, you will need to come in person to the office with a photo identification, and the manager will assist you.

Can I share my gate access code with others?
You may, but as with any security code, we encourage you to protect it.
